The CLASS User Group 2010

This took place at Cranfield University in March. The day was extremely well attended with over 50 delegates, representing a wide range of industry sectors including food manufacturers, high street retailers, 3PLs and wholesalers, from as far away as the Ukraine.

The core focus of the day was the introduction of CLASS 12 with its exciting new WMS- related features. Three key areas of warehouse operations can now be imported from WMS into CLASS: SKU sales, picking journeys and inbound and outbound vehicle timings. These features are all assisted by a capability to automatically label the aisles. Another new feature – the Project Comparison report – enables users to graphically compare the KPIs from up to 6 different projects. Delegates were also given the opportunity to try out all the new features of CLASS 12 as well as to bring any specific user queries to the CLASS surgery
