Modular Training Courses
Cirrus has taken a modular approach to CLASS training, allowing delegates to focus on their particular areas of interest. Training courses are usually of a three-day duration and can be delivered either at the client's site or at Cirrus' office.

Expert Support Consultancy
This service is designed to provide a ‘guiding hand' for first time or novice users of CLASS who find themselves in a situation where a rapid learning curve is required to respond to time critical project pressures.
Online Training
The CLASS On-line Training Centre has been developed for our overseas users who are unable to attend our three-day open courses in the UK. If you have arranged online training with Cirrus Logistics, go to the Online Training Centre here
Bespoke Webex Training
Cirrus designs and hosts company-dedicated training courses, tailored to meet the specific client requirement and using Webex net meeting technology.
SUPPORT
Cirrus Logistics offers all users of CLASS a comprehensive Support & Maintenance contract.
Up-Grades
Cirrus Logistics regularly introduces a new generation of CLASS each year, adding features in response to user-group feedback and its own experience as a user of the tool. Clients with a Support & Maintenance contract automatically receive up-grades.
User-Group Conventions
A convention is held every year attracting CLASS users from around the world. These meetings provide an excellent opportunity for managers to share their experience and network amongst peers.
System Maintenance
Should any fault be identified when using CLASS, Cirrus will investigate the issue and wherever possible provide modelling work-rounds whilst the system is revised.
Notification of System Updates
Users can opt to receive automatic email notification of the availability of CLASS updates.
