Warehouse productivity increases by 15% when Belron uses CLASS

Belron, the world's largest vehicle glass repair and replacement company, worked with Cirrus, undertaking our unique Warehouse Solution Design process to establish an approach to warehouse design that could be replicated around the world.
The aim was to achieve optimum efficiency from day one, whatever the individual issues faced at each warehouse, by undertaking modelling projects managed by our "hands on" specialists using CLASS and other analytic tools. Now that the selected layout has been implemented at the first warehouse modelled, the WSD approach is proving to deliver the high efficiency levels predicted and further projects are underway on centres in North and South America.
